11:15 crew – moving heavy items from a farm house – loading onto pallets just outside the door; a truck is not required; maybe bring a 4 wheeler/hand truck. Customer will be responsible once the furniture is on the pallets. There is a flight of stairs so caution with walls/ceilings. Husband will remove stair railing for one large piece – BE SAFE. COMMUNICATE WELL.
