The well-being of our clients, staff, and community is of utmost importance to us. Our focus is to minimize the potential for spread of Covid-19 during every step of your move. We are fortunate to have a retired nurse on staff who has helped to develop our safety protocols and is providing ongoing support to staff and customers. The current PHO order is for BC businesses to develop and implement a Communicable Disease Prevention Plan. We have implemented a variety of strategies to promote the safety of all during your move, such as:

• All staff –daily wellness screening and provision of personal hygiene supplies.
• Enhanced truck cleaning between each move.
• Forward Planning – advance information by phone and email to explain our guidelines.
• Periodic site visits – by the management team for quality assurance purposes.

To ensure everyone’s safety, customers are asked to complete a pre-move Health Screening Questionnaire, wear a mask during the move, and socially distance from the movers.

We continue to follow the government updates, monitor risks through all stages of the moving process, and make changes to our protocols as necessary. Rest assured that we are dedicated to helping you and your belongings make a safe move.
